Bel-Aire is one of the most affluent communities in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It is also one of the smallest. Only four blocks tall and three wide, it shares its northern border with the Calgary Golf & Country Club. It also sits east of the Elbow River and the Glenmore Reservoir. Between the golf course and the reservoir, the neighbourhood has an almost urban feel. Two streets leading into and out of Bel-Aire also make this a quiet area, with traffic limited to mostly residents.

The city of Calgary annexed the land in 1954, and established Bel-Aire as a neighbourhood a few years later, in 1960. All homes are of the single-family detached variety and there are no renters. Houses that come up for sale in this desirable neighbourhood usually sell quickly.

The only school in the neighborhood is the private Christopher Robin School. St Augustine Elementary/Junior High School is a few blocks south, as is a Montessori School and the Henry Wise Wood High School, part of the Calgary School District.

Rockview General Hospital is to the southwest, and the Earl Grey Golf Club and North Glenmore Park are a few minutes west via the Southwest Glenmore Trail. Convenient shopping is available at Chinook Centre, only a few blocks east.
