Christie Park sits on the south-western edge of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It sits south of Strathcona Drive and the Strathcona Park neighbourhood, just west of the Sarcee Trail. The southern edge is 17th Avenue South, while 69th Street W frames the western end.

At one time this area was part of Rocky View. It was annexed to the City of Calgary in 1956. Christie Park became a neighbourhood in its own right in 1990. Nearly 95 percent of the homes in the area are single family properties, with the remainder being apartments and condominiums. Less than five percent of the properties are rental housing.

Calgary Public Schools in Christie Park include the Chinook Park Bilingual Elementary and the Henry Wise Wood Senior High.  The John Costello Catholic School is also nearby. To the north is Edworthy Park, home of the Shaganappi Point Golf Course on its southern end. The Kingsland Athletic Park is also nearby. The closest shopping outlets are at Glenmore Landing, south of the neighbourhood and Chinook Centre in the northeast via the Glenwood Trail.
