The Eagle Ridge neighbourhood in the southwest corner of Calgary, Alberta, Canada is on the small side, but it is surrounded by nature. The Heritage Park and its Historical Village frames the development on nearly three sides. This popular tourist attraction offers guests the chance to ride a paddle-wheeler on the Glenmore Reservoir, enjoy vintage cars at the Gasoline Alley Museum and visit a recreated pioneer village to get a taste of life in the old days.

The residential area, roughly one long block wide and two smaller one’s tall, is within walking distance of the entertainment, as well as lakeside trails. All but roughly ten percent of the homes are single family properties, with over 90 percent being owner occupied. It is one of the more affluent of Calgary’s neighbourhoods.

To the north is the Glenmore Trail SW and the Rockyview General Hospital. The eastern border is 14th Street SW, and Heritage Drive SW makes up the southern edge.
